Succession Season 4 Episode 3 trailer teases drama and tension at Connor's wedding

Succession Season 4, the popular family drama series, premiered on March 26, 2023, with an explosive start. Episode 3 of Succession, titled "Connor's Wedding," is slated for release on April 9, 2023, and fans are eagerly anticipating it.

The story takes place a few months after the events in Tuscany and 48 hours before the GoJo acquisition. Logan reluctantly attends his birthday party in New York, where his children are conspicuously absent. Meanwhile, Shiv, Roman, and Kendall are in Los Angeles proposing a new media startup to investors. Upon learning of Logan's attempts to purchase PGM again, they decide to launch a rival bid, which puts them at odds with their father. They meet with Nan and Naomi at the Pierces' California estate to negotiate their bid.

In the second episode titled "Rehearsal," Logan visits the newsroom to announce his plans to radically revamp ATN's vision. However, Stewy and Sandi propose to veto the GoJo acquisition at Waystar's upcoming board meeting to negotiate a price increase, which causes division among the siblings. While Shiv dismisses their proposal, Kendall becomes interested in it after receiving a call from Matsson, who threatens to call off the acquisition if pushed on price. Roman visits Logan at his home, where Logan offers him a position as head of ATN and asks for his help in negotiating with Matsson.

Following the second episode of Season 4, HBO released the Succession Season 4, Episode 3 trailer. The trailer shows the family attending Connor's wedding and reveals some tension between the siblings. It remains to be seen how the family dynamics will continue to evolve as the season progresses.

Succession S4 Ep 3 is set to focus on Connor and Willa's wedding. The previous episode depicted the chaotic rehearsal dinner, and it appears that the wedding will be equally fraught with family and business-related drama, as has become customary for the show.

This is not the first time a Roy family wedding has been the center of attention on Succession. In the Season 1 finale, Tom and Shiv's wedding was overshadowed by the revelation of Kendall's involvement in a waiter's death. This led to Logan using the information to blackmail his son and stop his attempted takeover of the company. Shiv's infidelity to Tom during their wedding night was also a pivotal moment in their relationship, which began to unravel soon after.

The Season 3 finale featured Logan's ex-wife, Caroline's wedding in Italy, which also became a significant event for the Roy family. It was during this event that Kendall came clean to his siblings about the waiter's death, and they joined forces to try and stop Logan from selling the company without their input. However, Tom betrayed Shiv by tipping off Logan about their revolt.

According to Screerant, based on the Season 4, Episode 3 trailer, Connor's wedding will follow the trend of dramatic Roy family weddings. There will be a conflict with the often-overlooked Connor, who questions whether Willa is with him for his money. The Roy siblings will also attempt to delay the company sale and negotiate a better deal with Matsson. Additionally, Roman's secret alliance with Logan will likely lead to the breakdown of the siblings' fragile alliance.

Succession Season 4 Episode 3 (overall Episode 32) is set to be released on April 9, 2023. Succession airs episodically on Sundays at 9 p.m. on HBO and HBO Max.
