·         The chapter is titled "Fearless Womb Part-6" and picks up where the previous chapter left off. The title likely refers to the ongoing battle between Sukuna and Yuji, which takes place in the womb-like environment created by the cursed womb.

·         Kana is in Sukuna's grasp, and unfortunately, she loses her hand. Sukuna throws her off a building, and it seems that no one is there to rescue her. This moment sets a dark and dangerous tone for the chapter.

·         Yuji is unable to save Kana and watches helplessly as she falls.

·         Yuji then engages in a fierce battle with Sukuna, and his powerful jump disintegrates part of the building.

·         Sukuna is surprised to see Yuji doing fine after his powerful punch and the fight between the two begins.

·         Sukuna reveals he knows Yuji is Kenjaku's son and easily counters his attacks.

·         Sukuna uses his Cleave attack on Yuji, injuring him badly, and belittles him for being weak.

·         Yuji becomes enraged and lands a strong punch to Sukuna's face.

·         Megumi is fighting Sukuna from the inside, and Sukuna realizes his curse output is declining.
