Makers of the upcoming romantic drama film 'Tara vs Bilal' unveiled the trailer on Saturday. Taking to Instagram, production house T series dropped the teaser which they captioned," Kabhi pyaar toh kabhi takraar, kuch aisi hi hai Tara aur Bilal ki kahaani.
