The Supreme Court, on Friday, turned down a plea concerning alleged inaccuracies in three questions from the NEET-UG 2025 exam. The court advised the petitioner to approach the concerned high court instead.
Conducted by the National Testing Agency, NEET-UG is crucial for admissions into medical courses across India. The petitioner's counsel argued that the disputed questions affected the petitioner's score by 13 marks, citing expert opinions that agreed with his claim.
The Supreme Court bench suggested that the issue might be better resolved by a high court decision and declined the request for a panel of experts to review the contested questions.
