In a noteworthy ceremony at Bharat Mandapam, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, presented the 'Special Citation - Atal Tinkering Labs' award to Amity International School, Vasundhara, for its outstanding contribution to fostering innovation and research among its students.
Accepting the accolade on behalf of the school were Amita Chauhan, chairperson, and Atul Chauhan, chancellor of Amity Universities. This recognition highlights the school's dedication to nation-building through research and creativity, according to a statement by Amita Chauhan.
Sunila Athley, the principal of Amity International School, emphasized the importance of Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), established under the guidance of NITI Aayog, in cultivating the innovative talents of youth across the country, as part of the Atal Innovation Mission.
