In a recent visit to Gonda, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel encouraged the youth to focus on self-employment rather than government jobs. She cautioned against the allure of social media reels that can lead to wasted time and negative influences.
During her address at Raja Devi Bakhsh Singh Autonomous Medical College, Patel distributed Anganwadi kits, tricycles, and assistive devices among other resources. She emphasized the opportunities available under the Yogi government's Young Entrepreneur Programme, which offers interest-free loans up to Rs 5 lakh to budding entrepreneurs.
Governor Patel further highlighted the consequences of poor guidance, referring to the Sahil-Muskan case as a warning. She urged parents to instill strong values in their children, ensuring a brighter future unmarred by social distractions.
