A remarkable placement season unfolded at the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) campuses, with 591 students from Jamshedpur and Delhi receiving nearly 600 job offers from 172 prestigious recruiters, according to an official statement released on Thursday.

For the 2023-25 batch in business and human resource management, the highest international salary offer hit Rs 1.1 crore annually, while domestic offers peaked at Rs 75 lakh. Despite market challenges, the median salary reached Rs 29 lakh, showcasing the students' impressive calibre.

Notably, consulting, BFSI, and sales and marketing dominated recruitment, with industry leaders like Accenture Strategy, BCG, and EY Parthenon extending generous offers. Dr. (Fr.) S George, Director of XLRI, praised the students' competence and adaptability amidst an evolving economic landscape.
