The Delhi government announced a significant educational initiative on Thursday, signing an MoU with BIG Institute and Physics Wallah Limited. This partnership aims to provide free online crash courses to government school students preparing for the NEET and CUET exams after Class 12.
The collaboration with the Delhi Directorate of Education, backed by NSDC International and the Ministry of Skills, will extend free coaching to over 1.63 lakh students. The initiative, witnessed by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Education Minister Ashish Sood, will commence on April 1 and provide 180 hours of intensive coaching.
This program promises to be a transformative opportunity, particularly for students from marginalized communities, by offering quality education resources like structured PDF notes and regular tests, ensuring that financial barriers do not impede their academic success.
