IIM Mumbai Celebrates 100% Placement Success with Record Salaries

Noteworthy sector growth was seen in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, and consulting.

IIM Mumbai has achieved a milestone, securing 100% placements for its 2025 batch, with the highest salary touching Rs 47.5 lakh per annum.
This year witnessed a significant rise in job offers, marking an over 10% increase from last year, while average salaries also rose by 5%, according to Director Prof Maneesh Tiwari.
Key growth sectors included pharmaceuticals and healthcare, which saw a 130% surge in offers, and retail and e-commerce, which grew by 47.73%. Major recruiters like Accenture played a crucial role in this success.
