In a decisive move to boost higher education infrastructure, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath convened a meeting on Monday to evaluate the construction progress of three new universities in the state. He emphasized the need for swift recruitment of employees to facilitate operations as the campuses near completion.

Adityanath engaged with the vice chancellors of Maa Pateshwari University Balrampur, Maa Vindhyavasini University Mirzapur, and Guru Jambheshwar University Moradabad, stressing the importance of completing construction on schedule. He called for phased development and ensured that quality would not be compromised, according to a state government release.

To maintain a steady flow of progress, a committee comprising university officials and local administrators will be established to regularly assess the construction projects. Additionally, Adityanath pointed out the significance of incorporating regional heritage into the universities through specially designed logos, mottos, and anthems, with input from local scholars.
