Malla Reddy, head of the Malla Reddy Group of Institutions, recently engaged in high-level talks with Australian parliamentarians to forge educational partnerships aimed at alleviating Australia's workforce shortages in sectors such as healthcare, construction, and IT. The series of discussions was held at the invitation of Praveen Kumar Komaragiri, Global Director of Xcel Global Services, under the welcoming auspices of Australian Ministers Natalie Hutchins and Enver Erdogan.
During the visit, Malla Reddy emphasized the significant potential of student exchanges, focusing on expanded visa allocations for Telugu students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. These partnerships aim to bolster Australia's educational and labor sector by introducing industry-aligned training programs pioneered by the Malla Reddy Group, a leader in education in India.
The discussions included proposals for establishing Malla Reddy institutions in Australia to train local students in high-demand fields such as engineering and nursing. The Australian ministers responded positively, acknowledging the mutual benefits and expressing optimism toward aligning with Australia's strategic workforce objectives, laying the groundwork for future collaborative efforts.
