In a tragic accident on Sidhra bridge, two young NEET aspirants lost their lives when their motorcycle was run over by a truck late Tuesday night.

The victims, Towheed Wani from Rajouri and Mehrun Nissa from Doda, both in their early twenties, were traveling from Nagrota to Bhatindi when the crash occurred. Eyewitnesses report that Wani lost control of the vehicle when a person inside a parked car opened its door. The motorcycle then skidded, leading to the fatal collision with the truck.

Emergency services transported the bodies to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu, where postmortem procedures were completed before releasing the bodies to their families for last rites. Authorities have taken the truck driver into custody and initiated a case for thorough investigation.
