Governor Anandiben Patel of Uttar Pradesh emphasized the superior performance of female students in education at the sixth convocation of Jananayak Chandrashekhar University. Patel highlighted that girls have a higher tendency to win gold medals and express intentions to work in the education sector compared to boys, who appear less committed.
She observed that many girls aspire to join the education sector, whereas boys often lack clear plans. Patel humorously remarked that boys might be more inclined to enter politics, which she described as easier. She urged universities to engage youth in skill development, aligning with the central government's initiatives.
Patel emphasized the importance of skill development and the provision of interest-free funds by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's administration. She argued that these efforts are crucial for boosting employment and ensuring students' development. During the event, Patel awarded gold medals to 43 meritorious students and degrees to over 23,000 graduates.
