Ashoka University Launches Isaac Centre for Public Policy to Address Complex Policy Challenges

Ashoka University has announced the launch of the Isaac Centre for Public Policy (ICPP), funded through a grant from the Ajit Isaac Foundation (AIF). The initiative aims to bolster public policy programs and commission advanced interdisciplinary research.
The center is founded by Ajit Isaac, Chairman of Quess Corp Limited, who highlighted its objective to solve pressing policy challenges in domains like healthcare, labor, and economic development.
Keynote speaker V Anantha Nageswaran, Chief Economic Adviser, Government of India, emphasized the necessity of such centers to bridge research gaps in policy-making. Prachi Mishra, Director of ICPP, stated the institution will offer comprehensive undergraduate and graduate programs focusing on public policy and economics.
