The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has mandated that all recognized Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) submit their Performance Appraisal Reports (PARs) for the academic sessions 2021-22 and 2022-23 online. This decision was made during the NCTE General Body’s 61st meeting on August 5, 2024, aimed at ensuring compliance with NCTE norms and standards and improving the quality of teacher education.

In a Public Notice issued on September 9, 2024, available on the NCTE website, the Council directed all TEIs to submit their PARs through the NCTE portal. Institutions must complete the submission by November 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

The online PAR submission can be accessed through the following link: NCTE PAR Portal. This initiative is part of NCTE’s efforts to enforce accountability and enhance service delivery within the teacher education sector.
