Jamia Millia Islamia and Tech Mahindra Team Up for Digital Transformation Courses
Jamia Millia Islamia has teamed up with Tech Mahindra Foundation to launch the SMART Academy, offering short-term courses in digital technologies and entrepreneurship. The Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) signed an MoU to provide these courses, starting in October, to equip students with in-demand digital skills.

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) has partnered with Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF) to establish the SMART Academy, which will offer a range of short-term courses in digital technologies and entrepreneurship, according to an official statement released on Monday.
The university's Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TMF to provide these courses. The courses, ranging from three to four months in duration, will begin in October, with both morning and evening batches available. Registrations will open on September 10 and remain active until September 21.
The collaboration aims to equip students and professionals with in-demand digital skills, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship and contributing to India's digital transformation. Offered courses include graphic design, full stack development, UI/UX Development, and digital marketing, among others. Following registration, eligible candidates will be called for interviews between September 23 and 25, with results announced on September 27.
