The Association of 41 Clubs of India is set to significantly expand its flagship program, 'Freedom Through Digital Education' (FTDE), aiming to reach 1,000 schools and impact one million students over the next two years. Currently, the program has equipped 250 schools with smart classrooms, benefiting 1.50 lakh students nationwide.
'We launched FTDE to bring digital smart classroom education to underprivileged and rural students, ensuring they have equal learning opportunities,' said Mr. Srinivasu Saraswatula, President. 'Given the success, we are now expanding to cover 1,000 schools, reaching over a million students.'
FTDE equips government-run and aided schools with essential hardware and software aligned with state or CBSE curricula in multiple languages. The initiative also provides teacher training and has undertaken community projects including disaster relief and basic infrastructure enhancements in schools and hospitals.
