Congress Leader Urges Teachers to Educate Youth on Constitutional Values

On the eve of Teachers' Day, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge issued a heartfelt appeal to educators, underscoring the importance of teaching constitutional values and the significance of India's unity in diversity. Highlighting the historic celebration since 1962 in honor of Dr S. Radhakrishnan, Kharge emphasized the crucial role teachers play in shaping the nation's future.

He called upon teachers to continuously educate students about the Constitution of India and its Preamble, asserting that these lessons are fundamental to the principles of justice, equality, and patriotism. Kharge noted that teachers have been revered since ancient times for their role in nation-building and character development.
