Empowering Grassroots: Panchayati Raj Ministry's Transformative Management Development Programmes

The Panchayati Raj Ministry is conducting a series of transformative Management Development Programmes (MDP) aimed at enhancing the leadership, management, and governance skills of elected representatives and functionaries from Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs). Held at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Amritsar, the five-day programmes focus on leadership, innovation, financial sustainability, and introducing corporate-level professionalism to rural governance.
