Massive Security Measures for Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Exam Amid Allegations of Paper Leaks
On the fourth day of the Uttar Pradesh Police recruitment exam, nearly 692,000 candidates appeared across 1,174 centers amid stringent security. On the fourth day of the Uttar Pradesh Police recruitment exam, 6,91,936 candidates appeared at 1,174 centres in 67 districts of the state amid tight security, officials confirmed on Friday.
Authorities arrested 22 individuals and lodged 19 FIRs concerning attempts to hack the exam. A total of 94 suspects were identified during the checks, according to the official statement.
Rajiv Krishna, Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, mentioned that the candidates appeared in two shifts, with 3,44,590 and 3,47,346 candidates in the first and second shifts, respectively. Suspicious candidates from both shifts will be monitored closely following the exam.
