In a devastating incident, three UPSC aspirants lost their lives due to rain-induced flooding in the basement of Rau's IAS Study Circle in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi.
The victims, identified as Tanya Soni, Nevin Dalvin, and Shreya Yadav, were trapped inside the library of the coaching center during a sudden downpour.
The institute expressed its heartfelt condolences and announced full cooperation with the ongoing investigation led by the Delhi government and other relevant authorities. The absence of adequate drainage systems and safety measures has been cited as the primary cause of this tragic loss.
