Naval Schools Launch Integrated ERP System and Websites to Standardize Processes and Enhance Data Management

The updated school websites are designed to enhance user experience with a standardized layout and structure while allowing schools to manage their own content independently.

On July 25, 2024, Cmde G Rambabu, Commodore (Naval Education) and Vice Chairperson of the Navy Education Society (NES), officially launched the integrated ERP solution and new websites for Naval Schools during an online ceremony hosted from Navy Children School, Delhi. The event was attended by Command Education Officers, senior Naval School leadership, and representatives from M/s Jeannypr Softech Pvt. Ltd.

The newly implemented ERP application and websites, initially deployed as a pilot project at Navy Children Schools in Delhi and Visakhapatnam, aim to standardize processes and centralize data management across the network of Naval Schools.

The integrated ERP system features a unified database, enabling smooth student migration between Naval Schools and ensuring that parents can continue to use the same mobile application without interruption. This system will facilitate real-time data exchange among NES, various Commands, and individual schools, streamlining communication and operational efficiency.
