Kalpataru Ltd Reports Stellar Earnings Amid Strong Housing Demand
Kalpataru Ltd has reported a massive increase in net profit for the March quarter, thanks to surging housing demand. Aided by strategic execution and robust project completions, the company's earnings soared despite a challenging market environment. This growth is seen as a testament to their sustained demand and disciplined financial management.
Kalpataru Ltd, a leading real estate developer, announced a significant surge in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 200.47 crore for the March quarter—an immense rise compared to last year's Rs 14.05 crore, propelled by strong housing demand and increased income.
Throughout the fiscal year 2025-26, net profit climbed to Rs 93.71 crore from the previous year's Rs 21.62 crore, while total income elevated to Rs 3,536.71 crore, solidifying Kalpataru Ltd's position in the market.
Managing Director Parag Munot highlighted the company's milestone pre-sales and collections, contributing to an impressive balance sheet and preparing for upcoming project launches to maintain momentum and profitability.
