Reliance Leads Market Surge As Sensex Gains Amidst Volatility

In a holiday-shortened week, the combined market valuation of four leading companies surged by Rs 2.20 lakh crore, with Reliance Industries emerging as the major gainer.
The BSE Sensex index saw a modest increase of 249.29 points or 0.32 per cent, despite a volatile trading environment fueled by mixed signals from global and domestic markets.
While Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Bajaj Finance witnessed growth, companies like HDFC Bank and State Bank of India faced declines in their market valuation.
