Aurum PropTech Ltd has announced a remarkable turnaround, posting a consolidated net profit of Rs 16.44 crore for the March quarter of FY26. This contrasts sharply with a net loss of Rs 9.87 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company's total income soared to Rs 132.03 crore, up from Rs 75.32 crore a year earlier, as disclosed in a recent regulatory filing. For the entire fiscal year, Aurum PropTech saw its profits rise to Rs 72 lakh, a significant recovery from a net loss of Rs 41.22 crore in 2024-25, with total income nearly doubling to Rs 412.43 crore.
Key factors contributing to this success include the strategic acquisition of PropTiger and innovations at Sell.do, enhancing their distribution capabilities while maintaining performance in rentals through HelloWorld and NestAway.
