Sai Parenteral's shares delivered a notable performance on their debut, concluding nearly 4% above the issue price of Rs 392 on the stock exchange.
The pharmaceutical company's shares opened trading at Rs 405 on the BSE, rising 3.32% initially and peaking at Rs 416.20, before settling at Rs 406.40.
The IPO aims to raise Rs 285 crore for expanding its global formulations business, buoyed by a 1.05 times subscription rate and strong institutional interest.
