Telangana Government Supports Victims of Kurnool Bus Fire Tragedy
The Telangana government announced financial aid for victims of a bus fire accident in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Families of the deceased will receive Rs five lakh, while injured survivors will get Rs two lakh. The incident occurred when a bus collided with a two-wheeler, claiming 20 lives.

The Telangana government has declared an ex-gratia of Rs five lakh for the families of those who lost their lives in a tragic bus fire accident in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh.
Following directives from Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, the state is also providing Rs two lakh to each injured individual, announced Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar.
Additional measures include advanced medical care for the injured. The accident involved a Hyderabad to Bengaluru-bound private bus, which caught fire after colliding with a two-wheeler, resulting in 20 fatalities.
