Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has announced a significant leadership transition, appointing Rajneet Kohli as its new Executive Director for Foods. The announcement follows the planned departure of Shiva Krishnamurthy, who is set to explore external opportunities.
Kohli, who will join the company's Management Committee on April 7, 2025, boasts over 28 years of experience in consumer goods and retail. He has led transformations and high performance across various renowned companies.
Previously, Kohli contributed significantly to Britannia as CEO and Executive Director, enhancing the company's competitive stance through product innovation and digital enhancement. He has also held key roles at Jubilant Foodworks, Coca-Cola, and Asian Paints.
