BEML Eyes New Plant in Chhattisgarh for Mining Vehicles
Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) is considering setting up a new plant in Chhattisgarh to produce high-performance mining and infrastructure vehicles. The Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Vishnu Deo Sai, extended a formal investment invitation during an Investor Connect event, emphasizing the state's commitment to industrial growth.

Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) announced plans to potentially establish a new manufacturing facility in Chhattisgarh. The plant is intended to focus on the production of high-performance dump trucks, water sprinklers, and motor graders, targeting the rising demand in the mining and infrastructure sectors.
The potential investment was formally discussed as Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai extended an invitation to BEML during a state-level Investor Connect event.
During the event, Sai met with BEML Managing Director Shantanu Roy to discuss the state's intent to foster industrial development, underscoring Chhattisgarh's support and readiness to accommodate the company's growth plans.
