Bharti Airtel has introduced its IPTV services to 2000 cities across India, marking a significant step in home entertainment. The telecom giant promises an exceptional large screen experience coupled with a comprehensive library of on-demand content from 29 top Streaming Apps such as Netflix, Apple TV+, and Amazon Prime, alongside 600 extensive television channels all fueled by high-speed Wi-Fi.
In an effort to lure customers, Airtel is offering up to 30 days of complimentary service for all Airtel users through their Thanks App. Siddharth Sharma, CEO - Connected Homes and Chief Marketing Officer at Bharti Airtel, expressed optimism about this launch, highlighting it as a blend of cutting-edge technology and traditional viewing for a revolutionary digital experience.
Starting at Rs 699, the IPTV plans provide 26 Streaming Apps and 350 TV Channels at 40 Mbps Wi-Fi, escalating to a plan worth Rs 3,999 that offers 1 Gbps speed with 29 Streaming Apps including giants like Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime, and more. With IPTV surfacing as a viable alternative to cable, it caters to a modern audience with options like live TV, VOD, and interactive features ensuring high-quality streaming.
