Amicable Resolution: Ola Electric and Rosmerta Group Clear Disputes

Ola Electric Technologies and Rosmerta Group have amicably resolved all financial disputes. The latter has withdrawn its insolvency petition from the NCLT. Ola remains committed to resolving commercial issues and maintaining business relationships. Earlier, Rosmerta alleged Ola defaulted on payments for vehicle registration services.

Ola Electric Mobility Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Ola Electric Technologies Pvt Ltd, has amicably settled all outstanding dues with former vehicle registration service provider, Rosmerta Group.

This resolution led Rosmerta Group to withdraw its insolvency petitions from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru, as reported in a regulatory filing by Ola.

Ola's commitment to nurturing strong business relationships and resolving commercial disputes promptly was emphasized, following earlier allegations of payment defaults by Rosmerta.
