Indian and US officials are set to engage in discussions aimed at expanding and deepening bilateral trade ties, the commerce ministry announced on Monday.
Assistant US Trade Representative Brendan Lynch, alongside a US government delegation, will visit India from March 25-29 to address trade-related issues with Indian counterparts.
The visit follows President Trump's plans to impose reciprocal tariffs, underscoring the urgency to build on the USD 119.71 billion trade relationship between the two nations, with India holding a USD 35.31 billion trade surplus.
