GRSE Inks Landmark Deal: Set to Build Eight Multipurpose Vessels for Germany
Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd (GRSE) signed a contract in Hamburg, Germany, to construct two additional multipurpose vessels (MPVs) for the German company Carsten Rehder Schiffsmakler und Reederei GmbH and Co. KG. This brings the total contract to eight MPVs valued at USD 108 million.

On Monday, Defence PSU Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) Ltd took a significant step in international collaboration by signing a contract with a German firm for the construction of two multipurpose vessels in Hamburg, Germany.
This contract adds to an existing agreement, bringing the total to eight vessels that GRSE will construct for Carsten Rehder Schiffsmakler und Reederei GmbH and Co. KG.
The vessels, each 120 meters long and capable of carrying 7,500 metric tonnes, collectively represent a lucrative deal valued at approximately USD 108 million.
