Work-Life Balance Crisis: Employees Demand Flexibility and Fair Pay
A report by Genius Consultants reveals widespread dissatisfaction with work-life balance among employees, who cite lack of flexibility and inadequate career growth opportunities as key issues. The study highlights the need for companies to prioritize employee wellness, fair compensation, and adaptable work models to enhance job satisfaction.

A recent report unveiled growing discontent among employees regarding their work-life balance. Conducted by Genius Consultants, the survey encompassed 2,763 employees, predominantly highlighting the absence of flexibility in work hours as a major concern.
According to the study, over 52 percent of workers expressed dissatisfaction with managing professional and personal responsibilities. Notably, 40 percent indicated their companies fail to offer sufficient flexibility needed to handle personal commitments.
Furthermore, 79 percent disclosed work-related stress adversely affecting their personal lives. The report suggests that companies should prioritize employee wellness, fair compensation, and introduce flexible work models to enhance workforce satisfaction and achieve long-term success.
