In a groundbreaking move, The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. has announced a strategic collaboration with Startup India, marking the first partnership of its kind between a global beauty giant and the government initiative. This alliance aims to cultivate innovation and bolster entrepreneurship within India's burgeoning beauty and personal care industry.

Established through a Memorandum of Understanding with India's Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, the partnership underscores Estee Lauder's dedication to fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial environment. A particular emphasis will be placed on supporting female entrepreneurs, in line with the company's heritage as a female-founded business.

The initiative is set to expand the BEAUTY&YOU India program, a platform designed to propel India-centric beauty innovators. Estee Lauder's collaboration with Startup India will also bolster women's advancement and leadership, reflecting the core values that have driven the company since its inception.
