In an effort to redefine how India celebrates its cultural traditions, JioHotstar is launching a groundbreaking 12-hour live stream event titled Mahashivratri: The Divine Night. The event starts on February 26 at 6 PM and promises to bring the vibrant celebrations of Mahashivratri directly into homes across the nation.
Partnering with the Isha Foundation, JioHotstar will offer viewers real-time access to over 20 aartis from Jyotirlingas nationwide, coupled with an understanding of their significance. Musical performances dedicated to Lord Shiva, led by renowned artist Sona Mohapatra, alongside meditations guided by spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, ensure a spiritually enriching experience.
JioHotstar aims to bridge tradition and technology, offering customized integrations and immersive storytelling. A special episode of 'Devo Ke Dev... Mahadev' enhances the viewing experience, providing a tribute to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
