NAR-India, in collaboration with AREA GROUP, REAAK Mumbai, KDRA Mumbai, SMART Mumbai, and NMAR Mumbai, is set to host the Women's Cricket League, a pioneering initiative designed to empower women from various professional backgrounds. The diverse group of participants, including doctors, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, educators, legal professionals, and social workers, highlights the universal appeal and unifying power of sports, particularly cricket.

Sponsored by entities such as H Rishabraj Builders and Developers, Ariha Group, Bhoomi Group, and Surbhi Group, this event underscores the role of sports in fostering leadership and empowerment among women. Taking place on February 16, 2025, at Borivali, Mumbai, the league invites both experienced cricketers and newcomers, providing a platform for bonding and talent showcase. The league's agenda is more about advocating gender inclusivity through various key objectives such as equal opportunities in sports, participation in all game aspects, and structured tournaments for grassroots development.

Organizers emphasize cricket's role in challenging stereotypes and fostering social change, with NAR-India's Chairman, Sumanth Reddy, highlighting the initiative's aim to break barriers and redefine possibilities for women. Amit Chopra, President of NAR-India, described it as a platform for recognizing talent and fostering equality, while President-Elect Chandresh Vithalani noted the league's embodiment of resilience and teamwork crucial in real estate and life.
