US-based Vertex Global Services has announced a strategic partnership with UK-based Arish Global Services to bolster employment prospects in Delhi NCR. The collaboration is expected to generate more than 5,000 jobs in Gurugram over the next three years, according to a company statement.
The IT-BPM sector in India has been a significant employer, with over 5.4 million people engaged by March 2023. The global Business Process Outsourcing market, poised for a 9.6% CAGR growth from 2024 to 2030, will benefit as this partnership highlights potential expansions and workforce developments in India's outsourcing sector.
Vertex's CEO, Gagan Arora, emphasized skill development and innovation as keys to enhancing employability. Sunny Kwatra of Arish Global Services sees this as an opportunity to boost the outsourcing sector and open exciting careers in emerging technologies.
