Real estate giant Brigade Enterprises has announced the acquisition of a 20-acre land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road in Bengaluru for approximately Rs 630 crore. According to the company's regulatory filing, this acquisition is part of a definitive agreement to develop an expansive residential project.
The new housing project will encompass a total saleable area of around 2.5 million square feet, with a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of about Rs 2700 crore. This strategic purchase aligns with Brigade's continuing commitment to securing prime land plots to bolster their market presence.
