The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced an update for New Year's Eve operations at Rajiv Chowk station, ensuring most exits remain open for passengers.
This decision modifies a previous plan where exits were to close at 9 PM. Now, only gates 5 and 6 will remain closed.
The DMRC stated that the latest directive was received from the police authorities to balance public safety with accessibility.
