Arkade Developers Ltd, a prominent realty firm based in Mumbai, has experienced a significant 9 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit for the September 2024 quarter. The company's net profit has dropped to Rs 43.36 crore, compared to Rs 47.85 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

According to a regulatory filing released on Wednesday, Arkade Developers also reported a fall in total income, which decreased to Rs 203.33 crore from Rs 211.06 crore in the second quarter of the last fiscal year.

Notably, Arkade Developers was recently listed on stock exchanges, marking a new chapter for the company amid prevalent market challenges.
