CCI Approves DSV's Mega Acquisition of Schenker
The Competition Commission of India has approved Danish logistics group DSV's acquisition of Schenker for €14.3 billion. DSV Germany, a subsidiary of DSV A/S, will acquire 100% shares of Schenker from Deutsche Bahn AG. The deal enhances DSV's supply chain solutions, pending regulatory threshold approvals.

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has cleared a significant acquisition in the logistics sector. Danish transport and logistics group DSV A/S is set to acquire Schenker for a substantial €14.3 billion.
DSV Holding Germany GmbH, an arm of the Denmark-based global logistics giant DSV A/S, will act as the acquisition vehicle. The move includes a complete takeover of Schenker's shares and control from its current owner, Deutsche Bahn Aktiengesellschaft.
With the acquisition receiving the CCI's nod, DSV moves closer to expanding its supply chain solutions in India and beyond, fortifying its global logistics and freight forwarding capabilities under regulatory guidance.
