Minda Corporation has reported a 25.42% surge in its consolidated Profit After Tax, reaching Rs 74 crore in the second quarter of FY2025. This notable increase was driven by an expanding customer base and advances in product premiumisation.
The auto parts maker showed an impressive revenue growth of 7.9% year-on-year, recording Rs 1,290 crore for the quarter, compared to Rs 1,196 crore the previous year. Additionally, the company achieved its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA at Rs 147 crore, highlighting increased profitability and strategic business resilience.
Chairman and Group CEO Ashok Minda emphasized the impact of the company's strategic initiatives and its commitment to innovation. Recent agreements and capacity expansions underscore this direction, as Minda Corporation collaborates with SANCO (China) and enhances its production facilities in Pune and Greater Noida to enrich its Electric Vehicle product portfolio.
