Arun Duggal has stepped down as Chairman and Independent Director of ICRA, concluding his tenure with the company. His departure marks the end of his second consecutive term, alongside fellow director Ranjana Agarwal, whose term also concluded on November 10, 2024.

The announcement was made through a regulatory filing by ICRA, confirming that both Duggal and Agarwal ceased their roles effective from November 11, 2024, bringing a significant change to the company's leadership structure.

In the stock market, shares of ICRA experienced a drop, closing at Rs 6,878.75, a decrease of 1.40% from their previous value, signaling investors' reaction to the leadership transition.
