Norton Motorcycles, the esteemed British bike manufacturer and subsidiary of TVS Motor Company, announced a significant leadership shake-up on Monday. CEO Robert Hentschel has stepped down, assuming a non-executive director role, in a move that signals a strategic realignment.
Under the new leadership structure, Nevijo Mance has joined as Executive Director, tasked with managing upstream business operations. This encompasses product design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management, indicating a focus on refining the company's internal processes.
In a related move, Richard Arnold will take charge of downstream business operations from June 2024. His portfolio includes marketing, brand management, sales, and customer relations, aiming to strengthen Norton's market presence globally. With these changes, Norton Motorcycles intends to solidify its position in the premium motorcycle segment.
