Certus Capital recently made a significant investment, pouring 150 crore rupees into two housing projects located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. These ventures, undertaken in partnership with veteran developers JSB Group and Dynamix Group, are projected to yield over 750 crore rupees in revenue, according to a Thursday statement from Certus Capital.
Ashish Khandelia, the founder of Certus Capital and Earnnest.me, emphasized that this move aligns with the firm's strategy to back seasoned developers involved in promising projects across major urban areas. He noted that these investments contribute towards the broader development of a high-yield bond market, focusing initially on real estate.
In less than three years, Certus Capital's secured debt platform, Earnnest.me, has completed nine deals and has successfully exited two investments, delivering 15%+ net returns to investors ahead of their maturity schedule. The company is also exploring further real estate opportunities in cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
