Arvind SmartSpaces' Profit Quadruples in Record Quarter

Arvind Smartspaces Ltd reported a significant increase in profit, exceeding four times its previous year’s figure. Their total income rose dramatically due to strong performance in residential real estate. The company achieved a milestone in quarterly bookings and anticipates continued growth with upcoming developments.

Arvind Smartspaces Ltd has reported a remarkable more than four-fold increase in its consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 40.68 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year, buoyed by improved income figures.

In a report for the same period last year, the net profit was Rs 8.64 crore.

According to regulatory filings, the firm's total income surged to Rs 269.28 crore during the July-September period of the 2024-25 fiscal year, compared to Rs 75.27 crore in the corresponding period the previous year. This remarkable growth was highlighted by Kamal Singal, Managing Director and CEO, who cited the milestone of surpassing Rs 400 crore in quarterly bookings.

The company has shown its best-ever performance in terms of bookings and collections over the half-year, Singal noted, pointing to strong optimism in the mid-income and premium segments of residential real estate. He further stated that Arvind SmartSpaces is poised for a strong year-end performance, driven by an impressive pipeline of launches and business advancements in the coming quarters.
