Aster DM Healthcare has announced a robust turnaround, recording a consolidated net profit of Rs 106 crore for the September quarter. This marks a significant recovery from a net loss of Rs 15 crore in the same period last year.

The healthcare provider's revenue from operations soared to Rs 1,086 crore, up from Rs 929 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, indicating a strong performance across its core sectors.

Chairman Azad Moopen attributed the growth to strategic cost optimization measures, which have bolstered the company's operating EBITDA margins to 19.6% in the first half of FY25. Consequently, the company's shares saw a notable increase of 10.10% to close at Rs 442.95 on the BSE.
