The city of Madrid has imposed a deadline of October 25 for e-scooter operators to remove their devices, responding to public complaints about disorderly conduct and parking violations by users.

According to the mayor's office, the license withdrawal for the operators including Lime, Dott, and Tier Mobility, was due to their failure to enforce proper user restrictions and parking regulations.

While Lime and Dott stated they had not received formal notification from the city, they expressed intentions to comply if formally contacted. Meanwhile, Tier Mobility has yet to comment on the situation.
