Security measures have been intensified on the Delhi-Una Vande Bharat Express following a series of stone-throwing incidents in Una district, Himachal Pradesh, officials have confirmed.
Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Government Railway Police (GRP) personnel, totaling ten, have been deployed on the train to ensure passenger safety and surveillance of sensitive areas along the route.
Despite the attacks causing damage to train windows, there were no reported injuries to passengers, and investigations are actively continuing with authorities requesting local cooperation.
